2013 HBS BANK HAWKS AWARDS

Brian Greene was announced as the HBS Bank Hawks MVP at last night awards function held at Kennedy Park Resort last night.He also won the Best Rebounder and Most Points awards. Jarrod Kenny received the Best Defensive Player Award.

Three new awards were made to recognise the contributions of the Kiwi’s in the team.

Dion Prewster was awarded the Best Kiwi Forward Award, Captain Paora Winitana the best Guard and Alonzo Burton the Emerging Player for 2013.

The Players Player Award went to Dan Evans in recognition of his high energy contribution at practise and support at games.

Outgoing General Manager received the Dr Andy Edwards Trophy for his long term contribution to basketball administration.
